Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA is a plus
Experience:
- 3-5 years Solar (EPC/components) Sales (Outside/Inside) experience
- Exposure to software sales
- Some international trade experiences
- Some federal sales experience
- Ample experience using leads databases and identifying targets
- Ample experience using CRM Software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable cold calling experience
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to understand and comprehend ESL (English as a Second Language) speakers
- Strong organizational skills

- Social media management skills
- Quick learner – ability to learn and understand key products, features, and solutions quickly and thoroughly

- Outbound Marketing and Sales
- Ability to search through leads databases and identify potential leads and targets
- Ability to make compelling arguments for the positive consideration and use of BODEX products and services
- Ability to sell hardware, such as solar panels, to EPCs

Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Learn all BODEX products and services
- Stay up to date on company’s new key products, features, and solutions
- Manage the Solar Sales Pipeline using company CRM
- Generate and convert sales leads
- Convert provided leads
- Present to potential clients and read the target audience
- Assess the customers’ use cases and apply your knowledge of how BODEX products and services can create a return on investment for them
- Contract Negotiation
Procurement & Logistics:
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
- Manage warehouse inventory
Documentation:
- Maintain BODEX business collateral up to date and organized
- Add and update opportunities into CRM
- Track interactions with current and potential customers through use of company CRM software
- Submit RFIs and RFPs
- Complete forms and/or registrations for vendor portals of major clients
Teamwork & Innovation:
- Create customized marketing strategies for trade shows and lead BODEX Solar efforts
- Create social media content for Marketing and Sales
- Follow company conventions for creation of presentations
- Consistently look for new ways to develop and improve the overall business strategy
- Follow legal policies as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management
Reporting:
- Set personal quarterly sales goals
- Submit weekly progress reports
- Conduct weekly presentations to Senior Management
